This large room is furnished with comfortable Moran sofas which can look over the restful garden. Lamps, paintings, persian carpets, and side tables add to the ambiance.
A new TV/DVD player is there for your enjoyment as well as games, CDs and DVDs. A gas log fireplace adds to the cosy touch in the cooler months and saves messing about with wood fires as it is easy to get started and manage without soot and smoke issues.
The large dining room has an outlook to the side garden has a mahogany table that seats 6 people though more chairs can be added.
Kitchen
This well stocked kitchen will easily serve your needs when and if you are taking possession of the entire home for short term rental especially if 2 or more guests are staying. It also has a double oven for when you require it and a dishwasher and large fridge. All plates, cutlery, pots and all cooking implements and pantry are provided. Filter water is also available as well as all mod cons to make your stay so enjoyable.
Bathrooms
Poppies at Berrima has 3 beautiful bathrooms. All bathroom have quality towels, hair dryers and the local Berrima pure soaps PS toiletries.
2 bathrooms are newly renovated and have underfloor heating and heated towel racks. The main bathroom has a large bath and shower.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails.
All beds have high quality high thread count cotton bed linen and silk duvets. All have electric blankets and underfloor heating.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed and a TV.
The bed has high quality high thread count cotton bed linen and silk duvets. All have electric blankets and underfloor heating.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom has queen sized bed and a new ensuite bathroom with underfloor heating and heated towel rails.

Fourth Bedroom
Our Fourth bedroom has 2 extra long single beds that can be converted to a King sized bed if required.
